sems ERA & aresta Tech present
semsAgriculture is an Agriculture 5.0 operations system: drones, sensors, machines and 5G fused into one model of reality — producing evidence-backed decisions that optimize total production, so that every living being can reach food and water.
The vision
The same closed loop — sense, decide, prove — repeats identically at every scale. What saves water on one field allocates water for a village, informs policy for a country, and optimizes total production for the planet.
Sensors, drones and machines meet in one Field Reality Model. Water goes to the thirstiest zone first; every decision carries its evidence. Value is proven here, in numbers.
12 zones · 1 closed loop
Neighboring farms share the same network: water budgets, machine fleets and scouting flights are coordinated across field boundaries. A village stops competing for water and starts allocating it.
Shared fleets · shared water
Regional yield, stress and water maps aggregate into a national picture. Planting and irrigation policy stops being a guess: it becomes a measured, evidence-backed allocation.
Policy from measurements
Total production optimization across all arable land on Earth — a global need map matching what grows where with who needs it, so that every living being can reach food and water.
Total production optimization
Architecture
Data that never becomes a decision is noise; a decision without evidence is a guess. The loop closes only when the measured result is reported back.
The founding text
Agriculture 4.0 digitized the field; Agriculture 5.0 puts the farmer back at the center. Machines propose, humans decide; every drop, every flight, every fault signal meets in one model of reality, and no decision is made without evidence. What proves itself on one field scales to a village, a country, and every cultivable acre on Earth — one network, optimizing total production so that every living being can reach food and water.
Every signal collected from the field must become a decision; data that never becomes a decision is noise.
Measured as: Data confidence · pass ≥ 60%
The system proposes and shows its reasoning; the final word always belongs to the farmer. Autonomy is not guardianship.
Measured as: Alert response score · pass ≥ 70%
Water goes first to the thirstiest zone. Uniform irrigation is the name of waste; deficit-first allocation is the name of responsibility.
Measured as: Water saved · pass ≥ 15%
With 5G the distance between field and decision is milliseconds; if the link degrades, the edge buffers — data is never lost.
Measured as: Network health · pass ≥ 60%
Drones, tractors and sensors are not separate devices but limbs of one body; one machine's fault is every machine's plan.
Measured as: Fleet OEE · pass ≥ 55%
Low-confidence zones are scouted first; the model does not speak until the drone fleet has closed the blind spots.
Measured as: Scouting coverage · pass ≥ 50%
Every irrigation, mission and maintenance decision is recorded together with the list of measurements that produced it.
Measured as: Evidence-backed decisions · pass ≥ 100%
This manifesto is executable: the system measures its own compliance on every control loop and shows it in the Operations Center.
Two infrastructures
One brain, one nervous system. The decision core by sems ERA and the connectivity backbone by aresta Tech are designed as a single organism.
sems ERA
One decision core — fuse, decide, prove — identical from a single field to the planet.
sems ERA · operated with aresta Tech
The connectivity backbone — 5G, edge buffering and mesh links that let no field stay dark.
One mind, one family
All ideas and technology — The Algorithm of Everything and Boundless Connections included — are sems ERA structures. Equity shared in exchange for marketing — the same clear model as semsTrend.
The mind
Owns every idea and every technology: The Algorithm of Everything, Boundless Connections, and all that grows from them.
The umbrella platform
The analytics roof under which every sems product lives — one data discipline, one decision language.
The products
Vertical products under semsAnalytics. semsAgriculture carries the discipline into the soil; semsTrend into the markets.
The free data layer
The free-forever data layer of the whole structure — a network for making the world more beautiful. Not a marketplace: a shared living space. Perhaps then our living space lasts longer, too.
sems ERA → semsAnalytics → semsAgriculture · semsTrend → semsForEarth: from the mind, through the roof, into the products — and back to the world, free.
The Pledge
The system
MAD outlier rejection + half-life freshness decay fuse every sensor, drone and machine signal into one trusted state per zone.
Water is allocated under budget to the thirstiest zones first and savings are measured against a uniform baseline — typically 25–35%.
Blind and low-confidence zones are scouted first under battery and flight-time constraints; coverage becomes a KPI.
ISO 10816 vibration bands, temperature and oil-pressure trends catch failures before they stop the harvest.
Latency and packet loss are scored continuously; degraded links trigger edge buffering and adaptive sampling. No data is lost.
One 0–100 efficiency score and a value report where every line carries its formula and assumptions. Claims you can audit.
Full-cycle autonomy
Everything that touches the field is electric, and every electron is accounted for. Robots swap batteries in 3 minutes; tired packs retire into storage — a second life, not a landfill; the sun carries the load.
Level-4 autonomy on RTK centimetre guidance. 110 kWh packs, overnight fast-charge, day shifts planned around the solar curve.
Weeding, seeding, spraying and harvest-assist robots on one swappable battery standard — 3-minute swaps keep shifts unbroken.
Scout and spray wings sharing the same pack standard, dispatched by the decision engine only where the data demands it.
Every plow, boom and trailer carries a chip: pairing, usage hours, service life and geofence — nothing gets lost, nothing idles unseen.
One 14 kWh pack standard across robots and drones. SoC and SoH tracked per pack; tired packs retire into stationary storage — a second life, not a landfill.
120 kWp on-farm solar with a growing second-life buffer. Charging follows the sun; the grid is the fallback, not the default.
Solar-tied slow dock and grid-backed fast dock with queue management — packs are pulled into bays when the sun peaks.
A farm RTK base for centimetre positioning and a 5G edge node that keeps decisions local when the uplink degrades.
A living organism
More than a site, more than a startup: every stakeholder has a gate, a duty and a return. Data flows in, guidance flows out — and the Pledge keeps the smallest actor free.
Commercial farms & cooperatives
Fleet-wide OEE, water optimization and predictive maintenance across thousands of hectares. You share anonymized field telemetry; the network returns benchmarks, routing and season-level value proof.
